The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong understanding of the sales process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Generate leads through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Qualify leads and identify potential customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Track and manage sales opportunities
  • Forecast sales and develop sales strategies
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Provide excellent customer service


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales & IT Domain
  • Strong understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace and CRM
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
