Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong understanding of the sales process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and social media
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Negotiate and close sales
- Track and manage sales opportunities
- Forecast sales and develop sales strategies
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales & IT Domain
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace and CRM
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
